山陽山陰
SANYO + SANIN

The name SANYO+SANIN reflects the concept of Yin and Yang, which exists in all things in the universe.
Yin and Yang are independent and coexisting, its meaning dependent on the presence of the other.

In Japanese, Sanyo (さんよう) is the south side of the mountain, showered with sunlight, while Sanin (さんいん) is the north, hiding in the shadow.
The direction of light determines the position of Sanyo and Sanin, creating constant fluctuation and an invisible flow of energy in the surroundings.

Most words change meaning with the flow of time; however, some have remained their original definition.
The meanings of Sanyo and Sanyin are based on objective, natural phenomena, and have the same meanings in both Chinese and Japanese kanji.
